7. Powers to prevent broadcasting : Taking into account of the nation and national interest, Government of Nepal may, by a  notification published in the Nepal Gazette, prevent any Programme pertaining to any particular subject, event or area from being broadcast by a broadcasting institution, for a period not exceeding
six months at a time.
